Wedding Day Coordination
This package is designed for the couple that enjoys planning the details and logistics for their wedding but want to relax and enjoy themselves on Wedding day! We request booked vendor contracts along the way, and the Lead Coordinator will take the reins during the final three months to manage vendors, finalize timeline, and coordinate wedding day details.
This package includes:
Initial Consultation (via phone, Zoom or in person)
Planning Timeline
Regular contact via phone / email beginning 90 days out during business hours
Vendor Recommendations
Creation of floor plan(s)
Creation of timeline for Wedding Day
Coordination of vendors for delivery/set-up/teardown
Final Consultation (est. 30 days out)
Use of Uncorked Inventory (Easels, Card Box, Table Numbers, Cake Cutting Set)
Facilitation of Ceremony Rehearsal (est. 1 hour the day prior)
Placement of personal décor items (signage, card box, photos, toasting flutes, cake server, cake topper, seating chart/place cards, favors) *Implementation of DIY decor may incur additional charges for staffing needs.
Packing of gifts, personal décor items as noted above & top of cake (if saving for anniversary)
Distribution of final payments or tips to vendors (when applicable)
Onsite management and coordination on Wedding Day with 1 assistant for up to 11 hours
Wedding Consulting and Coordination
This partial planning package is ideal for couples that enjoy the planning process but need guidance along the way. Our team will assist the couple in building their dream vendor team with their vision & budget in mind, share planning documents to keep them on track throughout the planning process, manage vendors, create timeline and coordinate all wedding day details.
This package includes:
Initial consultation (via phone, Zoom or in person)

Planning Timeline & Monthly Check-ins
Budget Worksheet
Vendor Recommendations based on vision & budget
Contract review
Up to 2 meetings and/or vendor appointments

This full-service package is designed to advise our Bride & Groom every step of the way! Your wedding vision, budget and vendor priorities will be top of mind throughout the entire planning process ensuring that we create a wedding day that is unique to you and your love story. We will handle the planning logistics, full design and styling, and vendor communication and management. The investment for this offering ranges depending on your budget, guest count, and logistics.

Unlimited contact via phone and email during business hours
Creation of Vision Board
Budget planning & management
Guest list worksheet & RSVP management (if desired)
Creation of wedding website (if desired)
Management of Planning Timeline & due dates
